When you submit an inquiry directly through this website, the details are sent to our team using an email delivery provider, Resend. Our mailbox is hosted by Zoho. The website does not save a separate copy of your inquiry. If you use the “Prepare email” option, the information is placed into a draft in your own email application and is not sent until you select Send. PAXECON GROUP may use the information you send to respond to your request, evaluate an employment inquiry, or begin a referral conversation.
Do not submit medical or identifying records
This website is not a secure clinical portal. Do not submit diagnoses, treatment records, Medicaid identification numbers, Social Security numbers, financial account information, or other sensitive health information through a website form or ordinary email.
